I work in HR Consulting firm. Recruitment Process Outsouring (RPO) is one of its major service. We have been providing this serive to lots of organisation. In this service we have incorporated written test. This written test is all objective type. Candidates need to answer the question in a separate answer sheet. The answer sheet has question numbers and its four choices in a circlar form. Candidates need to answer the question by darkening the circle of their choice. We are checking this answer paper manually till date. I heard there are some techniques to check the paper through easiest way.
I am trying to find out this easiest way to check the answer sheet. How is that??
