Dear Seniors,
We are NSIC Organization doing major contract work with IOCL,.BPCL. We had done all our legal registration in Tamilnadu State only.
But our worksite and corresponding employees are in various state of india.
Our Esic, Pf registration and payments all are made in Tamilnadu state only.
Now i need your assistance on:
How to Get the ESIC Panchan Card for all our other state employees.
( Our Counsellor for ESIC said as Each one of our Employee from other state should have to come along with their family to Tamilnadu for enrolling of PanchanCard).
Please I am getting tremendous pressure form my superior in this regard..so help me .....

Dear Mohan
You can maintain the PF centralised from Tamil Nadu. There will not be any issue in it. You have to maintain the officewise break up for the PF Remitted at PF Office (PF Challan and the Officewise break up must tally).
But in case of ESI, it is concerned with the State only and the registration must be obtained on officewise and the Identity Card will be issued by the concerned ESI Office. If the office premises is in the ESI Exempted area, obviously the employees in that office are not required to pay the ESI charges.

Hope all the offices are having an Admin or HR Staff. Instruct them to approach the concerned ESI Office and take the instruction from them to get registered their office in their locality. If the office location is under ESI Exempted area, then take a certificate from the office and supporting Gazette Notification for that exemption. If you do so, you need not have any tension about any inspection.

According to ESI rules, we have to take the sub code from the local office, where in our workers are working. and then we can take the smart card from that local office only.
