I just want to know i am an MBA fraduate with HR experience of one year,what is needed from me to get a HR jog in reputed companies(i.e TCS,WIPRO,INFOSIS etc)what are their expectation regarding experience and any extra qualifications needed ,please help me in this regard so that i want to make myself eligible for them thank you.

Hi Teresh,
Usually they prefer person who has got a 1st class, but in exceptional case, where the candidate's were too smart have also got through. Some of this organization also appoint candidate through internal referal, so if you know someone working in this organization then you could ask them to upload your resume at their site.
Anyways upload your resume Naukri, Monster and Times, you will surely get a call from any of this companies.
