I am an Recruitment Professional with 7+Yrs. of recruitment (1 yrs of Maternity gap) based out of Kolkata.
Currently working in a work from home environment for last 6 months. But its not motivating since the Pay scale is quite less as per My experience. Unfortunately in Kolkata there are very rare opportunities & I intend to work with an Organization of Repute preferably Multinational Company (MNCs). Looking for a Full time job now for quite sometime now but in vain.
Therefore, I am thinking of Enhancing My Profile & uplifting My skills by opting for an ERP course in order to target the right kind of opportunity.
Looking for suggestion from Experienced Professional for right kind of guidance. Which ERP should I target & the institutes. Since merely doing a Course with no implementation experience wont fetch any Good fate either. Would be of great help if I can be guided through.
