what is the rule for national or regional holiday payment ? as Im working in cement manufacture company in tamilnadu . before i used to get paid wages 1+1 before or after national or regional holiday, and on the national or regional holiday i used to get 1+2 . but now they stoped paying me that . so please guide me is there any act pass by the court regarding the said subject.
