a no.of people r thr who learnt englsh by dint of dedicatn nd sincere interest. many sources r availble to learn it. u cn start off by reading comics/novels publishd in english. hvng read d story,try to speak dat story wthout readng agn nd record ur voice. u wil realze whr u do commit mistk nd then cn correct it acordngly.
b patient while learning as it may tk more than a yr.

The fact that you have identified the problem area itself is a good symptom for diagnosing the problem.
Please understand that any language learning is a process and it takes practice to arrive at a reasonable degree of language proficiency. I have undergone most difficult period of language learning in business especially in the early stage of my career.
According to me, I have learnt spoken, written english proficiency and dictation skills only through constant writing and reading for nearly 2 years. I used to write and write letters from the business files maintained for company\'s business correspondence on variety of subjects. That helped me to stand on very firm platform.
That has helped me now to become language trainer in English for cross section of individuals
