If an employee has completed 58 years of age. But his service in UAN is less than 10 years. Can he claim pension contribution completely or should he claim monthly. If so why

Hi,

Pension at 58 years

The member is eligible for the benefits of pension after his/her retirement, that is, after 58 years of age. However, for this, they should have compulsorily made an active pension contribution in EPF for 10 years, at least, before their retirement to avail the pension benefits.

So he can claim pension contribution fully.

Dear Lakshminarayanan sir

Thankyou

But while am trying to apply online for claim only form 10D is available for claim. What should we do in this case to completely claim pension contribution. He actually worked for 2 years 1 month only
