Hiring techniques varies from profile to profile and industry to industry.eg if u r hiring for Senior profile then you can use Linkedin or some other professional sites or tab the employees of competitor and by creating links you can get good references.But if you are hiring for ground level openings then you also have to come on ground level.eg.campus hiring,free job posting site or employee referral.
It seems like you have to hire a big team.So start posting jobs on indeed,Olx,quikr,careesma and lots of other sites are here..contact free consultants who charge from candidates end.take some print outs of latest openings and pay some extra bucks to your office boy and ask him to paste it on relevant places like colleges and computer institutes..But make sure he does it..Exams are geeting over so start contacting local colleges and ask for candidates data who r looking for job.

Thanks lavika for ur valuable suggestion. I am really facing a lot of problem in seeking right candidates. Have already used and currently using Indeed, careesma, olx, quikr etc even many more. Contacted some consultancies also but still the matter has not solved. . Can you brief me about campus hiring?

Thanks for your response..See u can hire freelancer Content writers also from outer locations.If u r looking for full time writer you can do one thing..You can hire a very experienced content writer at bit higher package and then u can give him a training profile.Like in these months exams get over and school college students are free..You can start a on job training for these students.Make interviews for some candidates who are studying Functional english or elective english..Conduct a grammar test and those who do well hire them as a trainee.Pay 1000-2000 as stipend.They will take training as well as write some contents for you for some easier sites and products.This will be beneficial for you in 2 scenarios..First they will work for you on a very nominal cost thus u can justify the point of costly content writer whom you hired for training secondly you will prepare a back up for your own as these trainees will serve you in future.
Secondly there is another option there might be some developers and designers will be working in your company..Ask them to enhance their writing and start contributing in content writing also in their spare time.Secretly arrange a writing competition as an employee engagement activity..those who wrote well call them for a meeting and ask whether they want to work on dual profile.Not only developers people working on other profiles can also work as Content writers if they have skills..When I was working in an IT company few years ago then our Front office executive was writing contents for my company and company was paying extra buck for this..So smart work can eradicate this issue very soon.

We already have training staff with high salary but require trainees, actually the location of our company is also an issue which is bit outward from the main city. We hire only full time content writers. As we are working with clients we don't opt for any student pursuing any courses. I tried to contact a few colleges but they already have their placement cells and not interested for our proposal.
