some compnaies have these type of policy where they do not provide salary slips ti their staff.
FYI - I am working with a pvt ltd firm which is a sister concern of a huge parent compnay but to my shock I came to know step by step that here there they do not practice for salary slips, formal appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal system, mediclaim or insurance, proper leave system etc etc.
Anyways as if you have joined the firm, now learn, grow, increase your capabalities for atleast a year then look out for a good company and confirm them in prior about these things.

Congrts Man for your first salary,
There is nothing such kind of policies I have seen.
Any way, if you really in need then go for direct approach or indirect approach...
Direct approach: Again Request your HR very politely to provide you the monthly pay slips. if its work out then ok, If not then go for
Indirectly: write a requesting letter /Mail to your HR for providing monthly wise pay slips becoz need to submit in the Bank to start up my repayment to my education loan.
If any question arises then you just say THIS IS BANK POLICY FOR LOAN REPAYMENT.
Hope this will work out for you
