Can anyone guide me on how to do effective contract Labour management, We have engaged more than 50 contractors and the daily intake of labour is more than 1000 for different kind of works i.e. AMC, Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping etc.

u will appoint one/two complince Officer For complience Aduting & All Contactor Should be maintain Below Register for effective management
1 Licence
2 Register of wege cum Muster Rool (Form:XIII/T)
3 Register of Muster Rool (Form:XVI)
4 Register of wage( Form:XVII
5 Register of Deducation Loss / Damage( Form:XX
6 Register of Fines(Form:XXI)
7 Register of Advances ( Form: XXII)
8 Register of Over Time ( Form: XXIII)
9 Wage slips ( Form:XIX0
10 Register of Work men ( Form: XIII)
11 Employment card (Form: XIV)
12 Service certificate ( Form: XV0
13 Time in & out Register
14 Latter of Appointment ( Form: Q)
15 Leave card (Form: H)
16 Weekly Off
17 Weather Leave with Wage Register maintained
18 Weather Leave with Wage is extend to all the Employess deployed ,EL-1@20days worked &SL/CL-12days
19 Accident Register in Form :11 is to be Maintained in the establishment and Report and accidents in Form:16 to be maintained BY contractor/ Employeer
20 EPF Registration Certificate
21 Remmittance of the countributions,before15th of every month
22 Wheather Copies of Form12A,5&10 before 21st of every month
23 ESI Registration Certificate
24 Weather countribution remmited through challans in SBI-by 21st every month
25 Employees who are drawing less then Rs:15000/-PM are to be covered under the ESI actby obtaining the particulers of employees in form:1 and Submittedthe same to ESIC With Photo Copy for Obtaining ESI card
26 Weather Minimum Wage Paid
27 Every Employee should be allowed 5 national Holidays &5 Festival Hplidays
28 the statement of of National & Festival Holidays to be Sent to the Labour Inspector& same copy to be Displayed on Notice Board
29 If any Employeework on N & F holiday weather additional Payment / C/O made
30 OT working Yes/No,rates of payment
31 OT paid shown in the OT Register & ESI Countribution
32 Weather Bonus is paid to all employees who have completed at last 30Days of Service With the Contractor
33 weather bonus is paid to all those deployed in the Company in the presence of the representative of the company and endorsed in form:C
34 Weather bonus Registers Form:A &B are maintained
35 Weather Annual return in form D submitted withien a month if payment of Bonus
36 Labour Welfare Fund Certificate
37 PT Registration Certificate
38 PT Challen
39 Half Yaer Return (Form:XXIV)
40 R/C in Form: 5 Period April to Septmber / October to March
