Dear Anupam
You can prepare the Bonus Register (Form C) in system but in the Form C you have to obtain the signature of the concerned employees during the payment of Bonus. You can scan and save the Bonus Register after obtaining the signature of the employees after effecting payment.
But you must maintain the Bonus Register only in Hard copy duly signed by the concerned workmen.
With warm regards

Dear Member,

Please find attached herewith the Bonus Register in Form C for your ready reference. You can show the monthly bonus payment in your salary register as an advance. After the completion of the accounting year, you are to declare the percentage of the bonus and then prepare this attached register.
