1.)What are the strategic aspects in International HRM leading to competitive advantages?
2.)) Discuss various factors associated with expatriates’ performance. Give the example of an MNC performance appraisal process for a Local Manager and an Overseas Manager.

I have done spl in IHRM , moving out of town for two days will tell you on sat probably.
I can tell you brief about it that for expat `s performance appraisal its 360 degree format normally used by MNCs.
