Hello Everyone
In recent time I have gone through many comments, complaints regarding jobs. Human resource managers and recruiters not getting proper candidates. I have observed that Human resource managers and recruiters having lot of problems while getting right candidates. In terms of Candidates not sending proper resumes, Resumes are not proper, improper communication, not reverting back appropriately.
I would like to know that what are the expectations of Human resource managers and recruiters form candidates. What kind of attitude they need to have during process. What kind of skill sets they need to carry (Hard skills and soft skills) while applying jobs.
Why I am doing this? I am planning to start Personality development and soft skills training sessions in Nashik. Through above data I will be able to deliver the necessary training to candidates. My objective is pure. Once I will receive data I will share on this group as well.
I am requesting Human resource managers and recruiters to fill up online questionnaire below. Those who are not willing to mention their names they can simply put anything in name section but please provide other necessary information correctly. So that we can help aspiring candidates for getting their jobs and to carry right skill set and attitude.

Dear Mr Aditya Vartak,

What you are going to do is a old hat. Nothing new about it. In fact, you have identified a few challenges the HR professionals face. Anyway, these are repeated below:

1. Ability to explain what is written in the resume.
2. A resume free from grammatical mistakes.
3. Good communication skills. It means being descriptive or ability to explain the terms associated with his/her profession.
4. Communication skills also require ability to use idioms or phrases or appropriate words to convey one's viewpoint effectively.
5. Presentation skills. They should not have a stage fear.
6. They should understand the importance of possessing learning attitude. They should know what is meant by learning attitude.

I think the above points are sufficient.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
