Do you have ETP & STP
Usually HR is responsible for some supporting functions like Security, Conservance, Canteen, Scrap Disposal.
You have to identify aspects of all these activities and evaluate their Impacts on environment.
Then you have to define which aspects are significant to you.
For adverse Significant Aspects, you will have to take objectives and EMP's (Environment Management Programs) if not you have to have procedures to ensure that the activities which belong to significant aspects are performed under control.
You have to also define which legal requirements are applicable to you and evaluate the compliance.
You have to conduct environmental emergency preparedness plan, and conduct mock drills.
You have to impart Trainings and collect feedback as well as evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program.
