Nice explanation in detail. But if at all machine is involved then the outsourcing work to India (mainly considered India as Out source Hub) might reduce

That may be true in many cases. More the reason for India to stop depending on such outsourcing job and try to focus on areas which will boon in future

Hi Madhuparna,
No jobs will be taken immediately by AI. But over a couple of years it would affect these roles and HR professionals would have to start learning different skill sets to sustain and grow with the evolving AI. New tools and platforms need to be learnt by each of these individuals and have a more creative and human touch , which machines cannot replace.
