Any R.C qualified with manpower basically indicates the different slabs for fees. In other words, if a particular slab is chosen by the licensee by remitting the requisite fee, the no of people to be engaged for the work indicated in the R.C in a particular range is the maximum limit during the currency of the R.C; if out of necessity, even a single person is engaged in the work over and above the maximum number mentioned, it becomes violation and the R.C.holder has to pay the revised fee for the next higher slab in addition to facing the risk of penal action, if any.
If the actual no of men engaged uniformly or otherwise remains within the maximum mentioned in the R.C, well, the licence holder can peacefully carry on with his work. It is a matter of effective and exact man power planning depending on the nature of the work and experience of the R.C holder.
