Dear All, I am not an HR and I am starting a small sales business. I need to give CTC to my employees but I am not sure how much it will be.
Monthly Fixed Salary: 10,000
I pay commission: 5,000 per closure
Sales executive has a monthly target of 20 leads and 5 closures.
We are based in Hyderabad and not sure if we have to add any further parts in like HRA DA PF etc as in the example. Any help, please.
