I am an HR in an event management company. We are also into trade magazine publication. I have a query related to designations. Current hierarchy we follow in event sales is
1.Project Head
2.Project Manager
3.Deputy Project Manager
4.Senior Sales Manager
5.Sales Manager
6.Project Executive
7.Sales Assistant
For Publication Sales also we are following the same. However, we want to change since its not a project but a magazine. We are thinking to change Deputy Project Manager to Deputy Manager-Ad Sales. But i am not sure if its correct, Please suggest.
