Hi, Company hasn't paid my incentive for last 1 year, they haven't paid the salary for most of the employees in my organization, after asking for a salary many times they had me fooled me ..finally I had to resign from there on in MAY, 2021...now I am planning to file a law suit. This company has a very bad reputation in the markets with employees, clients & others. They haven't paid anybody in the last 2 years.
So many employees have left from there including me. I just have the laptop from the company, which I haven't submitted because I know that they will not pay me even after I submit the laptop, if I file a case against them.. is there any harm that can come to me from them or will I get my incentives & Salary if I go to court.
