hii every1.. i am having a big doubt.. will mahindra satyam includes
hiv test in medical check up bofore joining job? if so, will mahindra
satyam reject the person who is having hiv.. will the company consider
hiv as elimination medical reason for job..? if it doesnt reject, will
the company keep it as a secret??? plzzz answer dis guys...... please giv
d correct information about this.. as dis is mahindra satyam community

a) satyam wil not reject. kept as secret among all d emplys..
b) satyam wil not reject.not kept as secret among all employes..
c) mahindra satyam will reject..

but some wer i hav seen the list of test.. in dat one column is there asking about any other diseases.... will they write hiv there... i am asking u people because.. my friend gave reference to me in mahindra satyam....... i am scared about it.. if he came to know about my hiv issue.. i cant face him again.. so if u people giv a correct information... i will proceed for furthur joining procedure in mahindra satyam.. hope u can understand my situation... i am really scared about it... so plzzz can i xpect a crrect answer.... my joining depends on ur answer... plzz...:(
i will not go for medical chek up if i came to know dat satyam will reject hiv candidates... i will say some reason to my frnd... but once if i went to medical chek up. aftr dat i cant say any more reason to him.. it will b revealed to my friend.. so plzz giv me a correct info.. sorry if i am disturbing u.. i dont hav any one to ask..:(

I'm extremely sorry to hear that you are infected with HIV. However I shall suggest that you shall have a work with the HR department over the telephone or write an e-mail to them from a duplicate id for better and clarity in answer.
You may get responses from members here, however you won't be able to judge the correct answer from the responses given. Some companies take the medical test as mandatory but there are some companies who do it randomly. hence it would be appropriate if you could check with the HR department of Satyam Mahindra instead of waiting for responses. Good luck!

As this is community of hr's i am expecting some mahindra satyam hr would be there in this and can give solution for my problem... or else.. if any of you people will be having hr friends in mahindra satyam... so i feel some kind person will be there for me to help me out from this situation. its just my hope.. i am trying in so many ways to get a clear information about this... can i expect you to find from your friends about this issue...??? once gain thanks for your reply sir..
