After 25 days of joining duty from medical leave of 35 days, can my office in-charge send me for a medical fitness test to the medical board and inquire about the truthfulness of my illness?

I took medical leave from February 28th to April 3rd, and I rejoined on April 4th. My office scheduled a fitness test for May 2nd and 3rd for medical evaluation.

Dear Mr. Sanyog,

Have you submitted your medical certificate and fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner? If there is reasonable doubt about your illness and the certificate submitted, the employer can send you for an examination to an independent medical board to find out the veracity of your illness and medical certificates.

Are you working in Govt. controlled institution? They normally refer to Medical Board for fitness as per rules.
