1.Recruitment of staff(people) - you can start by preparing advert and conduct the whole process of recruitment
2.Establish Personnel files for each recruited staff
3.Prepare human resources planning
4.Prepare HR Strategy
5.Prepare HR policies and systems - these will help you to manage staff properly
6.Prepare company/organization structure
