This is Ayesha Khan, student of MBA-HR. I am given an assignment by my Recruitment & Selection teacher. I have to take structured interview for the position of Asst. Manager Finance. I m confused how to proceed. What questions should I ask? Specially technical questions as I don\'t know much about finance. All candidates will be fresh MBA or BBA.
