I HAVE DONE M.COM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT , PG DIPLOMA IN LABOUR LAWS, IRPM (INADUSTRIAL RELATION AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT) AND AT PRESENT I AM IN MY FINAL YEAR OF LL.B.
CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME AS PER THE ABOVE QUALIFICATION IN GOVERNMENT OR IN PRIVATE ORGANIZATION , FOR WHICH POSITION I CAN APPLY AND HOW? I WOULD LIKE TO GO IN MANUFACTURING SECTOR WHERE ACTUAL LABOUR LAWS COMPLIANCES ARE APPLICABLE AND I AM FRESHER IN THIS FIELD .AT PRESENT I AM STAYING IN DELHI.
I AM QUITE CONFUSED IN WHICH AREA SHOULD I JOIN JOB , I.E WHETHER IN LEGAL DEPARTMENT OR IN HR DEPARTMENT.

Dear Jani,
It is better you can select IR - (Industrial Relations) department. You can update your knowledge in labour laws. If you complete LLB, it will be a added strength to your profession. You can act as a legal advisor as well as a IR manager of the company.
This is my personal opinion, Dear seniors kindly give some ideas to Jani.
