If an International worker left the job and he/she wants to withdraw PF amount but he forgot his password and registered mobile no. is deactivated, please guide.

under forgot password there are option to change the mobile no, provided the employee has all submitted documents handy, the portal may ask for verification of any one document to enter, and if it match the documents submitted, they will allow to change mobile, by sending otp to new no, thereafter he can proceed for change password
