Sharing NATS DBT Process Challenges :-
1. Plant employees receiving DBT from last 3-4 months Kindly suggest how we can adjust from Payroll.
2. How should we deal with the DBT cases. Should we pay full and recover the amount in next pay cycle or deduct first and remaining amount is being disburse by Skill Council.
3. In case it is recovered later under which head it will be recovered, The Pay slip will have the recovery entry of DBT amount – does that will have any legal implication.
4. Since there will two categories of employes in first year i.e. OET those who are not registered with NATS and Apprentice those who are registered with NATS, how will the contract paper will be signed?
5. Also, the registration can only happen when the provision certificate/mark sheet is with candidate, in case of those who are hired without declaration of result, and since the contract is of one year under NATS, and a candidate has already been put some service, how it will be handled?
6. What communication should be made to OEs since some OET may resist to be registered as apprentice.
7. Employee has not submitted diploma on time as per DOJ so its take at list 2, 3 months’ time for diploma submission. Back date entry & without Diploma submission entry registration is not applicable on DBT portal.
