What is the General policy followed in respect of Paid Leaves in the Leave policy of the company? Does the completion of one year is a mandatory clause to avail PL’s?

Hi Jagan,
Thanks for the info..
Please clarify that u have mentioned 2 things:
a) Employee can avail PL's once he completed his probation.
b) Employee can avail PL's after completion of one year in the org.
what if the probation period is for 6 months? Will he be entitled for PL's after 6 months?
Regards,
Priyanka.
