Registration link: Eventbrite - HR Conclave
Venue: Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore
Date: 4th December
Time: 6 PM
HR Conclave is an event organized by AIESEC Bangalore.
The event aims to address the recessing trend of the economy on Human Resources and the effect of the same on our very own, Bangalore. “Glocal” is a term that is very popular in the management dictionary and the extrinsic changes in the economy cannot be ignored. This phase of the economic cycle sees the most number of pink slips issued even though human resources are considered the most important assets of an enterprise. As the economy is on the down swing, inflation remains a growing concern, especially in India.
The event aims to tackle these issues and find the best practices that companies can follow during this apparent business drought. The congregation of the best minds in Human Resources will share their ideas and views on the current situation and the betterment of the same in the future.
Globalization has also thrust upon companies a huge diversity in the work place. However this diversity may be used as a competitive advantage only if managed efficiently. AIESEC, as the world’s largest youth organization believes that it can compliment and assist in this process of managing diversity and establishing a global perspective in every enterprise.
