If an employee’s joining date is 15th july 2019(example), & he joins after 2 days, will his joining date remains 15th july only or it should be changed to 17th july 2019 ? Thnx,

Obviously his actual joining date (17th Jul, 2019) would be considered. If appointment letter has already been prepared on 15th July, then in the same appointment order ask the employee to write " reported for duty on 17th July" and then sign. In your employee master actual DOJ can be mentioned.
