I am Working in a small firm and getting paid salary of Rs. 15,000 in cash. My salary is not in the books of the company.
I am given a letter "Payment of Salary" every month which is signed by me as "received". It contains info that I have been paid Rs 15000/- by them.
Now I want to change my job, my problems are following:-
#Problem 1 - Should I put in by Bio-data that I am being paid in Cash?
#Problem 2 - Should I apply in big companies?
#Problem 3 - What should be my answer to HR, when they ask about salary proof ?
Please Help???

Hi,
What is the issue in mentioning your salary as Rs.15k as you are getting the same and not bluffing. In some small scale industries they will pay in cash. You can apply for any company in the world, if possible take a xerox copy of the letter "Payment of salary" as a proof to show to the people when you attended any interview and asked for. The copy will also helps you as an proof for the salary received by you.
Is the company is covered under PF, if so what is the salary they are showing that can also be a proof for you.
