I am going to join newly established company that undertakes Environment (Wing & Solar) Energy Projects from Government, i.e. construction/ erection. At present the staff strength is 12 and will be increasing soon as we are getting orders.
As I am new to this field, I would like to know what all Statutory Compliance (under HR & Labour Laws) and records to be maintained. We are planning to have few workers on companies roll and also planning to engage contract labour through various labour contractor.
Your valuable guidance / feedback will help me to work efficiently.
