Hi,
If the case is filed by you on behalf of previous employer then after resignation the coordination person / contact person can be change by giving an notice from the organisation to the concerned office to replace you from the legal cases as now you are no longer an employee of the organisation.

Once you are no longer an employee of previous company, legal status to speak on behalf of company ceases.
Pl insist upon previous employer to nominate suitable official to take over the cases and depose/speak on behalf of company as per official designation.

I concur with the views of the learned members M/s Manoj and Rao.
Your statement that you filed the case during your tenure with your previous employer doesn't throw light on the fact whether you were the complainant in the case on behalf of your employer or just you attended the court hearings with the authorization of your employer. It is also not known whether the case is a Civil Suit or a Criminal Case instituted upon a private complaint. Whatever it be, when you are no more in the employment of your previous employer if it is a Company registered under the Companies Act or any other kind of legal entity, only your successor has to conduct the case filed by you. Of course, if summoned by the Court as a witness, you can appear and depose what you know about the case as a past employee of the organization.
Therefore, write back to your previous employer this legal position.
