Company has signed wage settlement under 2P and company is forcing employees to sign declaration form. Employees are not happy with the wage settlement specially the new ones as their salary is below 18,000/-.

Company is demanding declaration, means that you are talking about Settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes act. if you do not sign the declaration accepting the 18(1) settlement signed, settlement will not be applicable to you. You may raise a Industrial Dispute before the Conciliation Officer, and demand for a tripartite settlement.
