As an HR person what steps should be followed for any grievance redressed for non-payment of Wages to workmen & any accidental case?

Hi,

If you are the HR of the Organization if salary not paid to workmen, as HR you are responsible for the same. If delay is from Management end you need to escalate the issue to Management about the importance of paying salary on time and legal issues involved.

What do you mean accidental case. Are you are referring to occupational accident or accident took place out side the Organization ?
