I have 5 yrs of functional experience in Recruitment.- Worked on mandates across layers which include Entry level, middle management and Senior Management search-INDUSTRIES - ITES BPO /SEMICONDUCTOR and SOFTWARE. My last stint was at Texas Instruments where i was responsible for driving Leadership hiring and Proactive sourcing.
Out of the 5 yrs of experience that i have gained 3 1/2 yrs have been with Search firms and the remaining with corporates- Intel and Texas Instruments.
