20 day back i join new company it's a 6 months contract to hire position. But i am not happy with the work they told me we are using new technology but when i join and start working then i saw no new technology no growth no proper work. Just doing support work which i am going to lost my most skills so i want to give resignation and join another company already there are few offer in process. So what is the notice period because in the offer letter they not mention anything about notice period .
If offer letter should mention that Your Retainership can be terminated by 30 days’ notice on either side or payment in lieu of that.
