Implementing New Leave Policy in Telangana - can anybody suggest or help me with this?

I need detailed information on the leave policy in Telangana. We are planning to implement a new leave policy. can anybody suggest or help me with this?
As we are having 12PL as of now. We are planning to implement our current policy.
