Hello Seniors
I have a unique problem.
During the recruitment process we had stipulated that all candidates need to have a first class or 60% above in their MBA.
One of the candidates shortlisted for a senior position in our organisation has submitted his graduation & PG Details.
However in his PG degree certificate the percentage obtained in not mentioned. On asking him for the details of his marks per semester or semester wise marksheets he has mentioned that he is unable to find them.
What is the way out as we need to close the position and would be interested in recruiting this individual.
Please help

Hi,
You may ask the candidate to apply for a duplicate marksheet and submit it within prescribed time frame. Alternatively, you can check it online (in case the institute has the option for that) or you may check with the institute from where the candidate has passed the degree.
Thanks
