I am quite unable to figure out what exactly is your doubt in the matter of maintenance of the registers mentioned. If you vaguely ask for a basic method for filling up of any register, one has to advise you simply to fill all the columns with relevant data and don't leave anyone blank - that's all! Be specific what the confusions you face either in the independent maintenance of any individual register or making combined entries or understanding the actual meanings of certain columns.
