Hi All,
I have left an Organization with whom I worked for 3 years and 4 Months. I submitted my resignation and asked to relieve me ASAP. My Notice period was of two Months. I didnt mentioned anything about my serving of Notice period in my resignation letter and even no one asked about the same. I have given the resignation on 1st Aug 08 and got the relieving on 4th Aug 08.(Handed over the Asset). I have a letter on Plain Paper stating my asser handover.
Now Am I entitled to get the Notice Pay ?
If Yes, Then what should I do to get that.
If not, Why.
Also, No letter of experience/relieving is given to me till date.
Pls suggest me what all I can do in this situation.
Mail me at
Regards,
Manish Garg

How can you get notice pay when you have asked to relieve ASAP? You can only request for expn./relieving certificates.
