Greetings for the day,
Enclosed circular cites that an employer who makes payment of less than one lac in a particular month as contribution under EPF & misc. provisions Act of 1952 and scheme framed there under shall have option to make such payment through bank draft or bankers cheque or the cheque drawn only on the local bank as being done earlier. This order shall be valid upto the month of sept.-2015.
