I am doing MBA (HR)- 2nd yr. & hav my dissertation project - on the topic EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY in a renowned comp.
Now, as according to our University norms, we hav to prepare a SYNOPSIS before starting ne other thing.
I know the format of the synopsis, but at one pt i need ur help- 'AIMS & OBJECTIVE'
I hav few pts on what to write in this AIMS N OBJECTIVES. But i need some hatke points. Can u plz giv ur inputs.........:confused:

- To Identitify the level of satisfaction among employees
- To improve the working standards of employees.
- Pros and cons that contribute to the employee satisfaction
- Identify the satisfaction level using Satistical tools
- Mention your target population and target size and what statistical tools are u planning to apply how what method will be used to obtain the data.
