Hello, I am working in IT firm. They are closing that company and moving all the employees to new fresh company. And asking employees to resign and join new company. How this will impact our career and what documents we should ask them to provide.

If you are moving to other company after submitting resignation, as advised by your employer then
You will loose your service continuity - Please request for continuity of service letter from your employer which will be beneficial for you, at the time of exit, for applying Gratuity (provided you cross service period of 4.8 years and above both companies together). Else your Employer will reject your Gratuity application stating less service.
If you are going to come under new PF number purview, based on your years of service, you may loose pension eligibility. If you complete 9.6 years of service you are eligible for Pension which will be paid after 58 years. So even if your employer allot new PF number request for transfer from old pf number to new PF number.
