Dear All, Is there any defined formula to calculate tiffen allowance..... if so..kindly let me know that.... Also clarify me weather to consider this Tiffen allowance in calculation of PF??

There is no such policy for tiffin as per my knowledge, as per tax policy/ CTC for meal per monthly 3000 is applicable, even you can add more also but upto 3000 is tax free.
PF calculation is only based on monthly basic and number of working days in a month, so tiffin or any other component you mention in pay will not count the PF
