1. I would like to know about how IT companies gave hikes to their employees (I mean any grading system / based on reviews / based on projects etc)
2. How much hike will be given like 10% / 20% / 30% (please provide hike doc/grading doc / any parameters etc)? I don't share it with anyone. It would help me a lot. Kindly share it with me.
