Within ten years ( 2001 - 2011) I worked in Mizoram University( a central University) by contract basis, within these years I'm not received any bonus. Some of our Administrative Officer told me that, there is no bonus for contract employee. For contract employees bonus is possible or not possible? any senior who can tell me about it?
