When I was not absent from duty, why is my pension calculation sheet showing NCP days?

Hi, It means " Non contribution period" . It means your absence from duty is not adjusted against leave and considered as leave without pay and hence it is showing Non contribution period.

Sir As per pay slips available with me, no Absent or LWP is showing but in calculation sheet it’s showing 62 days NCP days. How to correct it.

As per PF & Misc. act EPS contribution is 8.33% of 15,000/- maximum. Now there are two types of organizations. One who are contributing employer's portion of PF contribution restricted up to 15,000/- per month and another who are contributing beyond 15,000/- per month which is normally on actual Basic & DA.
In case of LWP, for the organizations who are paying contribution more than 15,000/- per month, even after LWP there is possibility of paying PF contribution above 15,000/- per month and there should not be any " no contribution period" as the EPS contribution will be on 15,000/-. But many organizations are making mistake showing the employee as "No contribution period" based on LWP days but contribution has been made on 15,000/-. EPS calculation while paying pension is based on contribution and if that is on 15,000/- every month, there will not be any non contribution period
In the instant case I will suggest to cross check with HR department for actual fact. If there is any thing wrong either by employer or epfo, please take up the matter with EPFO local area office to resolve it.
