Hello dear,
MBA is a reputed nomenclature all over the world for best Management Qualification. MHRM and MBA are both PG courses, no doubt on this aspect.
But MBA is better one to go for. MHRM cannot be accpeted by all corporates as it happens all over the world.

Learning HR from end to end is one option, which is purely academic.
The second option is to go for MBA - HR. Learning HR subject is surely limited. ultimately getting into a good organization to start career scores more.
Career and Compensation are to two components to be successful in professional career. One has to plan and pursue qualifications and certifications accordingly.
