Please give me some points to be noted while preparing full and final settlement of a person who has completed no. of years eligible for graduaty. Regarding his PF pension claim. Also how to give leave en-cash when he had not availed for the same for any single year and worked for more then 5 years of period.

Hi Kishore,
In the full and final settlement of an employee you need to ask him whether he wants withdraw his PF or Transfer if he wants go for transfer he can directly contact his current company(the company where he joined after leaving your copmany),and for withdrawal he needs to fill two forms which i am attaching here, these forms you need to get it signed by authorised person in your company and handover the same to PF office after submitting they will give you one acknowledgement copy keep the same with you for further reference.Basically it should take 60 working days but it can take more than that also to credit the PF amount to employee.
And coming to your next point of leave encashment its basically depends on your copmany policy how you are encashing the leaves but most of the company encashes the leaves based on Basic salary.(Basic salary/30days*leaves to be encashed)
Please check your company policy on leavs and then go forward.

can u please guide my how can i apply online for my epf claim,actually last year i moved to abroad and i want to apply for my pf online ,but i don't know how to do it exactly,i already applied for pf when i was in india before moved to canada.but they sent a letter mentioned it that authorized person's signature not tallying. it wasn't my mistake this should b uploaded by company but i don't know y they didn't upload it. so i am trying to claim online,i have uan member portal but when i logged in its showing my date of joining and leaving is not upgraded yet, so i contacted to my HR manager i requested him to upload it ASAP but its still not uploaded. and is it possible to get all claim amount to my another bank account.
