Joined MNC 3 years back in a support role and absconded due to health conditions. Although I had not signed any bond with them and was in probation period. However, they still sent me notice to settle with negative dues with training bond which I never signed up for. Now I need my relieving letter but also hesitating to pay training bond which was not mentioned on my offer letter. How can I settle this? I am ready to settle with the negative dues applicable. Should I reply to their mail which I got 3 years back or reach out to the alumini site and raise a request?
